Condolence Letter (MH17)

I recently read the news about MH17 and I would like to say I’m truly sorry for the family members of the passengers who were on board the plane’s loss. I send my heartfelt condolences. I understand it would be a hard time for all of you, it was too sudden. But I hope you’d feel much better soon. I myself have experienced the loss of a beloved family member before, and frankly it was a lot to handle. Especially accepting the fact that I’d never see her/him again. In this case, I recognise the pain to be double or even triple the pain and sorrow I had had compared to all of you. But remember, plenty of people are here to support, console and most importantly be there for you at this hard time of your life. So cry it all out, and be the happy person you used to be. :)) You won't be fighting this battle alone.
