-Room temperature butter
-Sugar
-Cupcake liners and cupcake tin/tray.
-Eggs
-Lemon juice and lemon zest
-Flour
-Milk
-Ice cream scoop
Step 1: Turn on your oven to 350 F and pre your cupcake tin.
Step 2: Fill your cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
Step 3:Put your room temperature butter and sugar in a mixer and mix until creamy and smooth.
Step 4: Add your eggs and mix well.
Step 5: Zest the lemon and squeeze the lemon to get lemon juice.Put it in the mixer and mix well.
Step 6: Slowly put in your flour and milk until everything is incorporated. Do not over mix.
Step 7: Use a small ice cream scoop to evenly divide them to the cupcake liners which is on the cupcake tin.
Step 8: Put it in the oven and let it bake for 18-20 min. Be patient. I know you are hungry ;).
Step 9: After the lemon cupcakes are baked, let it cool until is cool enough so it wont burn you mouth.
