Social Issue Rant : Bullying

I do not know why does it still exist , well it should not be ! I personally have not experienced it but why do people still do it ? Sometimes they do it on the internet . Cyber-Bullying is something that is very common now , especially when technology is everywhere . Its very painful to see that bullying is still happening, they think its fun to fool around with people. Yes they might be smaller than you or weaker than you, ugly looking, short or something does not mean you can judge and make fun of who they are. Nobody is perfect , that is what they do not understand , ever. Those bullies are the ones that should go to jail. Well those that are bullied should be also contributing to stopping it. SPEAK ABOUT IT !
